Mussar is a Jewish practice that creates an environment which brings unconscious impediments to light and replaces them with a consciousness of living a more mindful life. You will leave this course understanding yourself better and with specific tools to help you navigate the daily slippery slope of being in relation to others and the feelings and actions that goes along with those encounters.
